Our Top Restaurant Spots in Chatham

There are so many great places in Chatham to eat - whether you are looking for something quick and easy or a white-table experience. Here are a few of our go-to's that we regularly frequent. Reservations are recommended for many of these restaurants so be sure to call ahead of your trip. And if you find a spot not on our list that you loved, pass it along and we will add it to our list!

Don't let the airport restaurant fool you. Hangar B is light years away from fast food. Helmed by a former chef of the Chatham Bars Inn, this cherished breakfast and lunch spot is all about artisanal. Muffins, jams, and lemon curds are made from scratch, and even the coffee is local and organic. The kids will love watching the planes fly in and out while the adults savor the amazing breakfasts.

Public Cafe located on Main Street right after the rotary is family owned and one of the great surprises in Chatham with authentic flavors from their home country of Nepal. The menu features many traditional American breakfast, lunch & dinner items but be sure to try their specials.

Pain D'Avignon - Chatham Cafe offers a European style breakfast, gourmet lunch, and delicious specialties made fresh, in-house daily. The french pastries are incredible and the pre-made sandwiches are divine. Great coffee, too! Grab and go or eat in. Cute outside seating area to enjoy during the warmer months.

Mom + Pops in Chatham is our go-to place for burgers, fries, and beers! Located on Main Street in Chatham between Larry's PX and Paws and Claws, Mom + Pops has been serving up deliciousness since 2016 with their unique take on the classic burger as well as offering many Filipino inspired recipes. They also have a phenomenal beer menu on draft and a cool patio space to eat and drink. 

Drifters Cape Cod:  Located within yards of Pleasant Chatham Cape, Drifters is a relatively new spot in Chatham. They offer some of the best craft cocktails in the area, as well as a delicious local coastal cuisine paired with small, honest wine producers. 

Chatham Bars Inn Beach House Grill is the premier destination for classic seaside favorites featuring clambake classics as well as clam chowder, lobster rolls and freshly-harvested salads from our farm. This upbeat casual setting is the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing cocktail or drink with an unrivaled summer vibe surrounded by family and friends. The lobster nachos are amazing!

Open Spring through early Fall.

Mac's Chatham Fish + Lobster is one of our go-to spots for fresh and fast seafood in a relaxed and casual environment. They have a great selection of fresh daily catches from Cape Cod. Some of our favorites include the whole belly clam plate, the fried oyster cobb salad, and the smash burger (if you are looking for a non-seafood option). Their raw bar features some of the best oysters we've had on Cape.

New England Pizza is located in Knots Landing Bar & Grill. They serving Pizza, Subs and more along with a full menu from Knots Landing. This is our favorite pizza on Cape Cod. The crust is crispy with no flop! 

Del Mar Bar & Bistro is a cool and friendly nightspot in Chatham for eating, drinking and socializing, featuring native seafood, bistro cuisine and wood-fired, thin crust pizzas as well as popular specialty drinks and a wide range of excellent wines. Reservations are a must, especially in the high season. The bar is open-seating, first-come - first-served. Reservations are a must!

The Impudent Oyster - No waterfront getaway is complete without a trip to this local gem. Lunch is slightly less pricey than dinner, and reservations are a must if you want a table. Don’t mind eating at the bar? Head straight to the back and enjoy the full menu with first come, first served seating. 

Pisces is an excellent choice for a fine dining experience in the Spring, Summer and early Fall seasons. They are within walking distance of Pleasant Chatham Cape. Their chef is recognized as a Top Chef in Chatham Magazine and their menu offers delicious coastal cooking dishes that features fresh seafood options sourced locally. Try the Oyster Stew!

Each season, the Chatham Bars Inn farm hosts a number of farm-to-table events which are open to the public. Guests enjoy a welcome reception in a stunning setting followed by a 4-course dinner served family style. Dinner guests are seated at outdoor tables surrounded by the farm's fruits, vegetables and flowers with twinkling lights suspended above the dining area.
