- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book. A valid photo ID is required prior to check-in.
- A rental contract must be agreed to during the booking process. The Guest is responsible to read and understand the rental rules prior to booking. By clicking "Request to book" the Guest is accepting all of the terms and conditions.
- This home is on a septic system so occupancy is strictly enforced to avoid a septic backup of sewage in to the house. Your max occupancy during your booking is what you submit in your booking. Additional guests must be approved.
- Check-out time is strict, and if our cleaners arrive while you're still at the house, we may incur extra charges, which will be passed on to our guests.
- We are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during your stay, nor for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
- A Trust + Safety Fee is applied per night in lieu of a security deposit.

Amazing Stay
Madison and I had THE best stay at The Nook on Nob Hill!! It was perfect for our Mother/Daughter trip and thank you so much for decorating forMadison's 30th Birthday!! Although you provided so many fabulous amenities, we were so busy on daily adventures that we never utilized 90% of them. However, we will be booking again for next year and plan to have fun using all of the fantastic extras provided. Can't wait to return! HappyDays, Kim and Madi
Perfect Family Getaway
We loved our stay at The Nook. Every little detail was considered. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed which made preparing meals such a joy and easy to accomplish. We especially appreciated how much thought went into all the things for our kids, like cute kids plates, books and lots of fun games. The amount of love and care that went into creating this special rental was evident throughout our stay as we continued to discover thoughtful offerings throughout our vacation. On top of a beautiful, clean rental, Jenn was the most attentive and hospitable host. Also, the location is perfect. So close to everything and easy to walk to lots of great places. We highly recommend this rental to anyone and if you are traveling with children, you will be especially pleased with how great this property is for families.

Great Location
Great location and a very pretty house! We had a comfortable stay.
Wonderful Stay!
I cannot say enough how wonderful our stay was at Jenn's home! First off, right off the bat, Jen was extremely accommodating and let us check in early as well as provided a list of recommendations for the area. Not only was the house beautiful and comfortable, but it was full of everything you could need for the perfect Cape vacation (bikes, beach chairs, beach games, etc.). The location of the home was unmatched as well, being less than a minute from the bike path and basketball courts, and less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Chatham, we never ran out of activities! The home had the perfect outside set up with a wonderful outdoor shower and the perfect deck with a grill to have the perfect 4th of July BBQ! On top of it, the solo stove at night was amazing to watch fireworks from! We felt at home from the minute we stepped into Jenn's home and were so sad when we had to leave! We would love to stay at Jenn's home again and cannot thank her enough for her hospitality!!
