• This home is on a septic system so occupancy is strictly enforced to avoid a septic backup of sewage in to the house. Your max occupancy during your booking is what you submit in your booking. Additional guests must be approved.
• Check-out time is strict, and if our cleaners arrive while you're still at the house, we may incur extra charges, which will be passed on to our guests. 
• We are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during your stay, nor for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
• A Trust + Safety Fee is applied per night in lieu of a security deposit.
